From time-to-time issues will arise in your Building or campus that needed to be fixed immediately; it might be a broken door, seat, window, issues with bins, toilets, outdoor seating – anything to do with the physical environment that isn’t working correctly, and it can be annoying, unsafe, uncomfortable, or even dangerous.
Fixing these are the responsibility of the local Estates team and to do so they need to be informed and the issue logged correctly and quickly. The more people – students and staff – who log issues the sooner they will be fixed.
